RPMI-1640 w/ L-Glutamine, 25mM HEPES buffer and Sodium bicarbonate
[AL060A] RPMI 1640 medium is extensively used for a wide range of anchorage dependant cell lines. The medium is known to support growth of cells both in presence of 5-20% FBS and in absence of FBS. AL060A is modified RPMI-1640 medium supplemented with L-glutamine, 25mM HEPES buffer and sodium bicarbonate.
