[RSL019] LoSera™ media are based on the classical formulations supplemented with insulin, transferrin and other advanced nutrients. LoSera™ Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium is with 1 gm Glucose per litre, sodium pyruvate and sodium bicarbonate. It does not contain L-glutamine.

[RSL011] LoSera™ medium can be used without prior adaptation and sub cultured using normal procedures. [AL083A] Ham's Nutrient Mixture F10 was designed for clonal growth of CHO cells and chick embryo cells under serum free conditions. AL083A contains L-glutamine, 25mM HEPES buffer and sodium bicarbonate.

[AL025A] Nutrient Mixture F-12 Ham is the medium of choice for the growth of cells of rodent origin, cloning of myeloma and hybridoma cells and performing clonal toxicity assay using CHO cells. AL025A contains L-glutamine and 1.176gms per litre sodium bicarbonate.

[AL166A] Glasgow's Minimum Essential Medium(GMEM) is a modification of Basal Medium Eagle(BME). The medium was originally used to culture BHK-21 clone 13 cells. AL166A contains L-glutamine and sodium bicarbonate. It does not contain tryptose phosphate broth.

[AL133A] MCDB media were developed for the culture of specific cell types without a serum supplement. The media were supplemented with growth factors, hormones, trace elements, or low levels of dialyzed fetal bovine serum protein(FBSP). AL133A is MCDB 131 with trace elements, sodium bicarbonate and L-glutamine.

[AL240] William's Medium E was developed by Williams and Gunn for the isolation and long term maintenance of adult rat liver epithelial cells. AL240 is William's Medium with sodium bicarbonate. It does not contain L-glutamine and phenol red.

It is devoid of deoxyribonucleosides, ribonucleosides and phenol red.
